Did some digging around and came across this:

Go to whois and search reloadit.com,looks like they didn't pay their domain name...which expired yesterday.
Updated Date: 12-jun-2014
Creation Date: 19-aug-2003
Expiration Date: 19-aug-2015
Note that the B@B web services etc still *seem* to function, as I paid a bill through Evolve using Reloadits and it processed OK. Just their front end website/DNS is down.
What a bunch of dum-dum #uckety-schmucks... forgetting to pay for their consumer-facing website!!

If it wasn't so profitable I'd celebrate parting ways with these morons.

If you load a TM card manually (some rep does it) then the fee seems not to be refunded back. Yet if you dont load a TM card every 30 days (I think its 30) then you get hit with the monthly fee which is $5. So if a person is closing in on their 30th day its cheaper to have a rep load it, otherwise just wait a few days and see what happens

Yeah, everything is updated, but still no site!
I've got "ping www.reloadit.com -t" running in the background.
I wish there was a website that would send an e-mail or TXT alert when it pops back up!

LOL, same here. If it wasn't so miles/points lucrative to beat my head against the BHN systems... I almost wish my local store would one day tell me "Sorry bub, cash only now".... and I could shake this monkey.

If they just paid their renewal today, it might take a day or longer for all of the DNS servers throughout the world to return a valid address for that domain. Many DNS servers cache name records (or the lack of a record, in this case) for a period of time.
We might be looking at sometime tomorrow before being able to use again.
If there were any doubt that calling BlackHawk's IT department is run by a bunch of nitwits, there is zero room for doubt now.

All but one store in my area has gone cash only, and honestly, I am much more relaxed about all of this now, even though I'm paying more to get to my monthly targets. Of course, I still didn't manage to avoid this inexcusable blunder on the part of BHN despite the much lower RL volume.
