I loaded 1k last night and dont see the promotional load today. But the 1K i loaded a few days ago posted promotional loads the next day on the 26th. Im hoping there is just a glitch or a delay with all the problems reloadit dafe has been having. If it is gone then its just started the last couple days.

I am new to this method. I have been trying to use reloadit/tmobile as another MS stream, but have had nothing but problems. i fought through the email verification issues, and was actually able to load money ($400) from my safe to my T-Mobile card last night. After not seeing a fee refund today, I called T-Mobile to ask.
The first CSR told me it will take 30 days. After a bit of googling, and being directed here, it seems people have been getting their refunds the next day. So I read the Terms and Conditions for the T-Mobile card and noticed the fee refund isn't eligible if reloadit pack was put into the safe. Not knowing any other way to get reloadit packs onto my T-Mobile card other than the safe, I called back. The second CSR told me only the monthly fee can be refunded, not the reloadit pack purchase fee($3.95).
Is that right? I have been operating under the impression that the $3.95 reloadit pack purchase fee would be refunded as a "promotional load." Am I missing something here?
Also of note: the reloadit and T-Mobile CSRs are the same people/same call center.

I loaded my card from the safe last night and got the promotional load credit of $3.95 for it this morning.

The fee to purchase the RL card is usually posted to your T-M account the next day. As long as you put at least $300 on the card, and load that much to your T-M account, you should get the statement credit to your T-M account automatically.

I think I just got lucky. We did the "clear your browsing history/dekete cookies" dance three times before I actually got an email. That was a few days ago though. I'll look it up and get back to the thread. The timing of my email might give some insight. I'll be back.
