Yeah, I also noticed a bit longer delay yesterday. In the past, it has run from near instantaneous to as long as 3 to 5 minutes; yesterday, it was more like 5 to 10 minutes at times.

Today, nothing has arrived-- despite the message of a verification email being sent-- for any of my Safe accounts. This is going back as far as five hours ago. If others are experiencing this, then at least I know it isn't me

Reloadit is not as reliable as amex prepaid. So yes it takes time, 2 hours max from purchase to load a card.

This has nothing to do with the item you are quoting. Those of us who regularly use Reloadits are well aware of the delay between purchasing and being able to load. I was talking about the website verification process, which attempts to "bind" a given device to a single RL Safe account.

the safe is so annoying. sometimes i think they intentionally give you an error message so you just forget about the money in there :P

It doesn't bind you to single device, it seems its per browser. I am able to use IE and Chrome for different RL safe accounts on the same laptop.

Agreed, which is why I said "attempts." Although not well thought out and certainly not infallible, ReLoadit is at least attempting to convey this. The message it displays is written in terms of "This device. . . " so they at least want people to think this. Its CRs are instructed to tell customers to only use Firefox, which further propagates the notion.

I called RL and they at least seem to acknowledge the problem (though can't explain how it happened). They have opened a problem ticket for the missing $500 pack.
Problem solved-- it took 9 days, but I had a VM left for me by someone from ReLoadit who said they traced the missing pack, confirmed the missing load and put the $500 into my T-Mobile account. At least the investigation process works, though in this age where so much money gets passed around electronically, it is astounding that something like this can happen in the first place.

I had the same problem with the safe as others as reported - added two packs and then attempted to load my card with the combined value of both of the packs. Website only shows one pack loaded. The other got "lost." Amazing. This is the junkiest website I've seen in a long time. There's a trouble ticket open to find the missing $. Clearly the takeaway is to add and load one pack at a time.

Thats the only way I ever have done it as TG as of yet no problems.FWIW, tahts the same way I transfer the funds from the Safe to my DC, 1 at a time also TG till now no problems.

Takes a couple of mins longer but I prefer it 1 by 1

That it does-- but so long as you know the workarounds and operate within its limitations, there is no beating the amount of churn you can do with ReLoadits with relatively little effort. I still have lots of CC-purchasable RL supply, so it is hard to not take advantage.

It is much more work for me to be doing $500 VGC and money orders, plus WM and others are starting to wise up about gift card usage for debit and limit or prohibit.

Yep... I have to hold my nose every time I use this site, but you can't beat the churning efficiency when it works (if you have stores that sell with CC, mine are dwindling)
