I can believe their IT guys are absolute morons considering the website looks and operates like it was put together by a blind 5 year old.
So...close...to...being...done. I have 2K across two safes to dump, and then my final $10K via Serve the first couple days in July and I am tapping out. I am growing to hate it.

This is the email I just got from CS.

"Per continuous updates to customer service, our engineering team is working on a known system issue and this is the option we have at this time to get your issue resolved as we dont have an estimated time of resolution or fix..Please send us your Reloadit pack numbers along with fax showing receipts of such packs. Along with your address to issue a refund. Please refrain from buying Reloadit cards in the future. Please use the swipe and pay feature."

Swipe and pay isn't available everywhere yet. What a joke.

You bring you card to register at store, hand them it and the cash you are putting on your card and they swipe your card and put it on it. Just had a person at reloadit on the phone and they finally shot me a straight answer. The safe is being discontinued. They will be mailing every safe holder a check for the balance of their safes. The only way to use reloadit will be in person swipe and pay and it will have to be cash. You cant load your card with a CC.

This doesn't make sense to me. Aside from all of the RL stock out there, they have no idea who the person is behind a safe account. I find it hard to believe that their approach is to lock people out of their accounts and then wait until they complain before asking for identifying information to be submitted and sending a check.

It is not hard to believe they will be phasing out the safe, but not in some drastic fashion such as this. I just came from my local grocery store, and I easily could have loaded up with $5K of RLs while there.

Have you been in your safe lately? And that doesnt mean anything. I still see MP and VRP all over the places. Even though they were phased out months ago. I have had three people at RL tell me straight up to not load a pack. And one even told me the safe is in the process of being phased out. Of course you can go load one. Would be insane to do in the midst of what is going on.

My computer died and I have the same problem with not being able to verify via ReLoadit email. My husband's account however is fine, just loaded and transferred the money to AN today with no issues.

I just loaded to tmobile now no issues, I have been using incognito on Chrome to load to serve and cant get the verification on that

I have no problem getting into and using the account last verified on each of my several computers. I've loaded about $5K today. The only issue right now seems to when the site thinks you are connecting from a new device. It is not sending the verification email.

The CR told me this evening that there is a maintenance update being applied that is affecting the verification process. As per him, It should be resolved shortly.
