This doesn't make sense to me. Aside from all of the RL stock out there, they have no idea who the person is behind a safe account. I find it hard to believe that their approach is to lock people out of their accounts and then wait until they complain before asking for identifying information to be submitted and sending a check.
[email protected] will be phasing out the safe, but not in some drastic fashion such as this. I just came from my local grocery store, and I easily could have loaded up with $5K of RLs while there.

Have you been in your safe lately? And that doesnt mean anything. I still see MP and VRP all over the places. Even though they were phased out months ago. I have had three people at RL tell me straight up to not load a pack. And one even told me the safe is in the process of being phased out. Of course you can go load one. Would be insane to do in the midst of what is going on.
