The second CSR told me only the monthly fee can be refunded, not the reloadit pack purchase fee($3.95).

Is that right? I have been operating under the impression that the $3.95 reloadit pack purchase fee would be refunded as a "promotional load." Am I missing something here?

Also of note: the reloadit and T-Mobile CSRs are the same people/same call center.
