Anyone else have had issues loading their serve? Keeps giving technical difficulties and when I spoke to a rep they said its serves side that is blocking the load. Weird. Serve seems to work fine.

Finally yesterday used Firefox instead of IE for my safe, and it worked fine.
Now this afternoon tried to load DWs safe thru IE, and got the same problem. So switched to FF and got the "verify" message, which I couldn't even try, since I can't log into her email. So I loaded it to my safe thru laptop/FF with no problem at all.

Been having similar problems with two accounts since yesterday via Chrome on laptop and via Safari on mobile device. In each case, you get stuck in a vicious cycle of being asked to verify your device, verifying your device, and then being asked to verify again, and again, and again! After waiting a few hours, I was able to log in. I called Reloadit, they had no answer and opened a ticket.

Been having that problem for several days. I could load to my DWs safe using IE and my PC. But my safe which uses my laptop just kept doing "verify" over and over.
