I have read a majority of the almost 500 posts here and still cannot say that I have seen a definitive answer to the question:
When using a reloadit pack with Serve, is the $3.95 fee eventually credited back to us like with my T-Mobile prepaid Visa Debit?

I just realized reloadit has billpay, but only up to 1k a day. Wish we had a wiki

Can someone help that has used billpay from reloadit? I hate that site, it doesn't make sense when you try to add a billpay account. It asks for customers name/address etc. Does it really mean the bank/payee?

There is a reason nobody talks about the billpay or uses it.

It's not terrible, but there is a fee and it is limited in terms of the choice of payees. It uses the same platform as Evolve, so generally no credit card payments but you can pay many mortgage lenders, car payments, and other creditors and service providers.

ah thank you for that. i was actually looking to use it to pay my boa mortgage, but it looks like its capped at 1k.

A card can only be in one safe at a time. The process of adding and removing isn't immediate which makes it an annoyingly ineffective process. Just get multiple cards.

too bad, I just got my serve card and only have a day and a have in this month to load 5k, no working Kates around.

Can the Safe be used to load OneVIP?

Nervous to try since BHN came down hard on all my PayPower and T-Mob accounts...
