Did my first successful purchase of reloadit pack, load to safe and load to my t mobile card. Unfortunately, there isn't a wiki, and I'm having difficulty seeing the answer to this in the pages I've read (or I have forgotten). How soon do you see a refund of the purchase fee?

I usually always see them the next day if i dont load the cards too late. Did mine around 8pm est yesterday and they posted already. Not sure of the exact cut off time but i have done it late at night before i go to bed before and it takes an extra day.

Unless I load the card very late in the evening (also not sure of the cut off time), the refund shows up at 8 a.m. Eastern the next morning. That is the case even on weekends.

newbie question about reloadit

I was looking at getting into this line of MS'ing but was curious if someone could tell me why my local store has three different reloadit products? All have the familiar colored plus sign. The first one has netspend written on it while the second looks almost identical to the first minus the netspend label. The third has blue at the bottom of the packaging?

Will all of these load to serve?

Yeah, they all work the same. Just different packaging. I've bought various ones with different appearances and they all loaded to Serve.

Loaded 500 on 10/17
I got the message along the lines of "you have exceeded the 1000 daily load limit."

It went into the safe and from there went to my t mobile card fine. Any thing I should know or be worried about?
Is it a rolling 24 hours?

Anyone having trouble logging in to the Reloadit website today? It's been giving me the "technical difficulties" message for 3 hours now.

"invalid pack"

Anyone here have trouble where it says "invalid pack?" I bought one for 350 yesterday and when i try to load it to my safe it says invalid pack, i called reloadit and they verified the 350 balance is on the pack, i just cant add it as a pack, thx

Well after nearly 12 hours, I had to get them to issue a refund. I got new pack, and this time it worked. I hope this isn't a usual thing. I wish moneypak was still around.

Same thing this morning (10/22). It says "technical difficulties" sometimes and others it says "invalid pack". Either way, I can't load it to my safe.

Did they give you a new pack over the phone or what? Thanks.

Sometimes after attempting to load even though it says technical difficulties it loads and you will then get an invalid pack when you try to load it again. It will show up loaded later on or the next day.

I am getting Invalid pack too. I normally get the technical difficulties but never that.

Money did not transfer to Serve

I added $1000 money to my safe today and then transferred it to my Serve account. The site came back with the typical "Technical difficulties" message. But then the balance in the account went to zero. I checked my serve account and it does not show a transfer. I have loaded Serve before many times without issues. Its been 4 hours now. Has this happened to anyone else in the past?
