I got the "Technical difficulties" message last week and the reloadit balance was zeroed out. The money went to the card (T-mobile), and I think it happened pretty quick.

Maybe give it a day or so and if it doesn't show up in one or the other you might have to call.

I am having exactly the same issue. Reloadit CSR said money has been sent. Funds have shown up instantly in my Serve account in the past.

Same here-- CS Manager told me this issue has been escalated and that it appears to be a technical issue on the Amex side. I was more worried when the agent I initially spoke to said he could not see the pack was ever loaded to my account. The Manager used a higher level tool and could see that I loaded the pack and that it was sent to my Serve card. This was a relief; if you can get the Reloadit people to at least see and recognize that there is a problem, they usually remedy it fairly quickly.

I called today and the CSR opened a ticket. He said that there are other reports of the same thing occurring and that it should be fixed today.

My issue is fixed too. Funds were re-credited to Reloadit safe and 2nd attempt to transfer to SERVE worked. Phew!

purchased my first card this week, took forever to get an account set up, also had transfer issues but it just now worked.

can someone explain how the "safe" actually works? I can't seem to log into two accounts on my pc, its like the account is tied to whatever pc opened the account.

Had this happen when transferring to a TMo card. Loaded two reloadit packs to my safe and then sent them both over together at the same time to the TMo card, however only one made it there and the second pack went to zero but didn't transfer.

Called and a ticket was put in but kept getting the run around on when it would be fixed (1-2 days turned into 3-5 days, turned into another week, etc.) and eventually got a helpful supervisor who pushed it along. Got a call back the day after talking to that person and it was fixed.

So, be prepared for a lot of frustration over this. Good luck and let us know how it gets resolved.

Best way to avoid this issue is to only load 1 pack at a time. Just too many reported incidents of this happening when trying to load multiple packs at the same time. The Reloadit system is pretty stupid.

I got this message while trying to load a reloadit pack to my tmobile card:

The new Reloadit pack you just added to your Safe is being verified. You will be able to use your pack shortly.

The $500 pack that I load to the safe is still there. When I last did this a couple of months ago, I dont remember any waiting period to verify an uploaded pack.
