I added $1000 money to my safe today and then transferred it to my Serve account. The site came back with the typical "Technical difficulties" message. But then the balance in the account went to zero. I checked my serve account and it does not show a transfer. I have loaded Serve before many times without issues. Its been 4 hours now. I got the "Technical difficulties" message last week and the reloadit balance was zeroed out. The money went to the card (T-mobile), and I think it happened pretty quick.
Maybe give it a day or so and if it doesn't show up in one or the other you might have to call.
