I added $1000 money to my safe today and then transferred it to my Serve account. The site came back with the typical "Technical difficulties" message. But then the balance in the account went to zero. I checked my serve account and it does not show a transfer. I have loaded Serve before many times without issues. Its been 4 hours now. Has this happened to anyone else in the past?
I called today and the CSR opened a ticket. He said that there are other reports of the same thing occurring and that it should be fixed today.
