I had this happen to me a couple weeks ago. I had to call in, give them my pack #, its original value, and my contact info. The fix wasn't instant; I called at night and the problem was resolved sometime the next day.

Same here. Can load my TM, but not my Netspend or Univision. I wonder if they are no longer part of the Reloadit network.

Bought a reloadit pack for $450 on monday, added it to the safe fine but trying to add it to my netspend card I have been getting nothing but "technical difficulties, try again later" for 2 days. Anyone else have this issue? anyone have any fixes/suggestions? thx

Although I don't have any hard evidence that this goes on, I suspect that some of the reloadable card vendors throttle reloading, even if you are within the published monthly load limits. I have experienced this with both NetSpend and AccountNow.

you can disconnect a card and add it to a new safe, wait a few hours and load it. but i dont want to do that, i want the same card in 3 safes. i have the same card in 2 safes.
