For me (as a plat) this has been the case for some time now. We'll it's good to know that I can still earn award and tier points but perhaps there is some hidden message they want to tell me. It is a new letter type that topi sends to keep the expectations at basic level. |

It could very well be that they intentionally do not offer same day awards on popular business routes, as that could lead to pax cancelling flex tickets last minute and booking awards instead.
In October 2020, I booked a one way award a few hours before departure. And in July 2020, the night before. So it is definitely not (technically) impossible. |
1st April has arrived. And so has the new membership year. Earlier two EC upgrade vouchers were received from Aktia in due course. Spouse has been happy with Swedish bank and therefore no bowing to that direction.
And now also 4 SH upgrades and 2 LH upgrades and a Gold card to gift were there per family member. Gifting went well. And visible in Giftee account almost instantaneously with four SH upgrades as promised was updated. However when trying to use two LH upgrades for a trip AMS-HEL-DEL-HEL-AMS online for a friend would only resulted dispensing 2 SH upgrades and 2 LH upgrades from Y to J in HEL-AMS-HEL and only PE in HEL-DEL-HEL segments!!! Chat was available in 2 minutes and that upgrade still took 2 SH and 2 LH upgrades to clear the route and return in J. I suspect, the value of LH upgrades has been degraded a little. |
I am not quite sure I understand the problem here, but if you assumed a longhaul upgrade voucher would include the feeder flight, then that has never been the case. All vouchers always apply to one segment only (whereas the 50k point upgrade will apply to the feeder flight as well).

I had a round-trip few days ago. It appeared on my account now, but not correctly, IMO. The outbound flight was credited as expected, but the inbound flight shows zero points and it wasn't count as a segment either. Same ticket, same class etc. Is there a known IT glitch?

I had exactly the same situation. AY IT, what can you say. It was fixed quickly, though, via Plat WA.

Some 6.5 hours ago I received a notification of a schedule change for a flight about a month out. (40 minutes, no big deal, and the new time is actually better than the old one.) The website shows the new schedule, and for once, the "accept changes" button worked without an error. But the app still shows the old schedule. :confused:
