Used a SH voucher. Expected to have the count of available vouchers in the app to decrement by one (as one does). Well, instead it incremented by one.

I used two, my booking is now upgraded but app shows same amount of vouchers. Maybe they remove those from available when the actual flight takes place.

I got an email informing me of my Finnair Plus Basic benefits on an upcoming flight in April. I am a Platinum member, but maybe they know of some enhancements?

Seems that there's something wrong with AY's login system. Getting 403s across the board. Seems to affect MMB for the booking ref/last name login option too.

I don't know when this update has happened but I was able to buy a ticket online for a flight leaving 65 minutes later. Years ago I remember the cut-off for online bookings was 4 hours and maybe 2 hours in the near past as well.

Another seemingly common, minor IT snafu. Upgrade appears cleared in the app (Android) but not on MMB on the web. No email either. I guess a wait in the chat is up next if it doesn't self-resolve in a day or two.
EDIT: Seats don't show at all for the upgraded segment and somehow MMB thinks 8A on an AA 737 is a middle seat: https://cimg7.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...5822790041.png |

Anyone else still receiving "Your upcoming fligt" emails from AY where they keep referring to your Finnair Plus Basic tier benefits (Finnair Plus Basic -tason etusi)?
For me (as a plat) this has been the case for some time now. We'll it's good to know that I can still earn award and tier points but perhaps there is some hidden message they want to tell me. |
