I have had huge problems with log in. I found out the drop down login on website doesn't work.
Once I get hold of a Desktop browser I can post a link here to the stand alone log in that works. But you can also go to corporate log in (it uses only the stand alone) and from there just click on personal log in and you will be in the log in that works

I have issues with multiple Firefox and safari versions using the drop down list. It just says "there is something wrong chack your username password". But reset doesn't work either, and there is nothing wrong with my credentials either. I guess they did some changes in that webpage that isn't allowed or working on some OS/Browse combinations.

AY Communities new "task" doesn't work with Safari. "Please open the link with X, Y or Z browser" Well, no, I won't.

PS.- this is the corrected version, originally they screwed something up with permissions...

First time today that OLCI was not using Amadeus but AY's own design and flow. Wasn't that intuitive looking in desktop browser and just about as slow as Amadeus.

Does seat selection now work in the mobile app during check-in?

Now I can't log in at all, and my old tip of going to corporate log in and then switch back does not work, because that log-in-panel has now been modernised too.

and using the site links to report the faulty webpage ends up shipping me off to login.microsoftonline.com which fails with message
"AADSTS90072: User account 'xxxxxx' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/xxxxx/' does not exist in tenant 'finnair365'

Using Firefox/Apple, I seem to be logged in already from previous sessions.

I dare not try to log out and in just to see if I get the same error.

I created a separate thread about this just the other day.

It's insane that Finnair can screw up such a basic thing as LOGIN so frequently. ...?

Sometimes I wonder if they are getting attacked and vulnerable servers are knocked offline causing these issues.

I logged out and back in to AY app and it has lost my QR booked AY operated flights to/from DOH and I can't add them back. It says no flights were found with this booking number. I also cannot add them on QR app as it then says it's a partner flight and can thus only be managed on their website. Mildly annoying.

Did you try writing your surname in international format if you have any Nordic characters in your surname?

I don't have Nordic characters in my name. Tried logging out and back in again, but to no avail. It no longer shows them on AY's website either and trying to add them there produces the same message as in the app. QR's website shows them correctly in Manage my booking.

There is an option to re-direct to the older version of check-in, which I gladly used. The new version somehow did not check me in for my connecting flight and also shows that I get a total of 4 carry-on pieces
