Booking award flights is now possible on the new website. Based on a few searches, at least what is better is that you don't have to choose travel class in advance but instead can see if there's any availability on a flight.

Where is multi-city -search now?

I can't find it anywhere, but the FAQ says it's still an option!

Upgrade requests are linked to old Finnair page and therefore not accessible at the moment. Customer service will burdened even further. Also:

New low? Made a booking through the plat line and got an email with the payment link valid for 5 hours. All good. A few days later got another payment email, and only after calling the plat line was I told it was because a flight is cancelled and I had been rerouted. Instead of being informed of the cancellation, passengers en masse must have demanded to simply pay again with an apparent 5-hour deadline, and AY is now glad to enhance the experience? Plat line: "I cannot comment".

So now ARN is in the UK in AY books.

Got another text now where Finnair apologises for the message sent in error.
