But never open. I even had 2 times topic for them but every time I pass the desk it is empty.
I asked a Finavia guy and he said they usually come and open at afternoon wave for asians, but at leaset the schwngen desk was closed those 2 times I passed during 2-4pm

I have a flight coming up in April, AY decided to cancel and put on same flight next day.
IT didnt even manage send email notification on this. Good system :tu:
Also on the "varaukseni" page under the reservation there are 2 buttons, "etsi uusi lento" and "selvä, ymmärrän" neither dont work. Good system again :tu:

Got an email this morning from AY:

"Sinulla on tällä hetkellä xxx xxx Finnair Plus -palkintopistettä, jotka vanhenevat 31.03.2022. Muista hyödyntää pisteitäsi ennen niiden vanhenemista. Jo yksi pistetapahtuma riittää pidentämään pisteidesi voimassaoloaikaa 18 kuukaudella. Kun ostat, keräät tai käytät pisteitä, kaikkien pisteidesi voimassaoloa jatketaan automaattisesti 18 kuukaudella."

I thought that as a Plat points don't expire - have they changed the policy or another IT functionality or error? :)

Web pages still says:

Point expiration

Your points will not expire during your Platinum membership.


A guess is someone commisioned an automated e-mail to trigger when accounts are close to the 18-m expiration, and didn't specifically say plats should be excluded.

I also got exact same email with same expiration dates. In addition to being Plat, I had flown them with point accrual 3 months ago. Hence 18-m was not approaching either.

Update: Got another email saying that previous email was a mistake and that points for Plat and Lumo do not expire. However I am still puzzled how did they flag me as it has only been 3 months from last point earnings.

Oh how lost they are or at least make them seem lost in customers eyes…credibility soars😁😁

Typical resulting phenomena when mgmt has been poor. Things slipping out of hands and nobody knows, cause ”I am new here”🤓

I logged in to MMB and found a booking with a schedule change (no email-notification, I just found out by accident). The web pages urges me to check all travel extras and seat selections, but nothing can be done before accepting the schedule change.
However, the button "Accept new schedule" is inoparable...

Yeah, I saw that button in the html-code, but it was hidden for me as my flexible booking was flagged "changes are not allowed for this booking"...
