Buttons work when you are logged out of your AY account. Just go to "Varaukseni" without being logged in with lastname and PNR.

Bot Sisu said I am in #2 in the queue for human service, but they are very busy…endless loop back to Sisu.

People going publicly crazy in Finnair’s comment sections about the completely broken website. Finnair’s social team that has lately been posting daily however has been pretty much unresponsive to these comments.


Meanwhile Pekka hasn’t logged in on Flyertalk for about a month.

I wonder what is going on at the Finnair office. PE launch event has been postponed too…

Maybe the launch of Premium Economy has been postponed because they couldn’t make the booking engine work for PE bookings? Hohoho I wouldn’t be surprised.

Succesfully changed a flight on line yesterday after a week or two of trying and despite the warning still being there that there were issues.

Recently I was able to change my flights online, but the new flights weren't correctly ticketed. Flights vanished from manage my booking. Had to call cs to get it sorted out. They confirmed the ticket change was left midway - still can't see the flights when viewing through manage my booking.

Wow, ex-HEL finnair.fi lets me book ONLY these destinations: LON, CPH, OSL, STO, BER, OUL, RVN. That's all there is when trying to enter destination. Bravo, AY IT, bravo!

The workaround for me was to go to the destination's AY page (finnair.com/hu-en), there it offers BUD as starting point. Switch departure and destination and suddenly you can fly HEL-BUD. Spoken too early "Lentotietojen lataaminen epäonnistui. Yritäthän uudelleen"

I wonder how I can change a couple of award tickets which cannot be changed online and no chance to get through on telephone (Finnish, Swedish or English) or via chat. Will I lose my points and the airport tax money? Only a couple of days until the first flight. Concerning the chat, this is where it always stops, even when I write the flight is within 72 hours: "Kaikki asiakaspalvelijat ovat tällä hetkellä varattuina, jonoon ei mahdu enempää asiakkaita tai palvelumme on suljettu. Yritäthän myöhemmin uudestaan!" (Try later please)

Try the UK number after hours - it's open longer, the call center is in BG and are quite nice.

Retroclaim noted by AY but nothing happens for months so that I had to contact BA to fix the missing points FOR ay. ”well done ay”. Luckily there is BA rep here on FT who took care promtly from their side and now it is only AY to post me the points if they can…

Thanks for the advice but do you really mean I should call the UK number and pay for the non-EU call + the waiting time? Still I have not been able to reach Finnair to change my flights. I today, after 2 hours, got through to an chat agent when clicking "is your flight within the next 72 hours" but he just kicked me out and closed the chat - did not say sorry or anything else- when it was still 90 hours. I can only change my flight if I do it 72 hours BEFORE the flight. So really a dead end street here.
