Managed finally to change my flights via the chatbot as it is within 72 to the first flight. But of course first I had to change my language to English because trying in Finnish the chat is closed - with no information in the chatbot that you can chat in English. Same with calls, you have to wait for the voice to end its talk in Finnish and Swedish and then suddenly you are informed that with pressing 3 you can proceed in English ,and wait in line for who knows how many hours. Yes you can see the opening hours on the webpage but not when you actually try to call or chat, that mislead me for too long. Very bad, expect from the guy tonight who did a great and fast job after 1 hour of waiting.

MMB offers refund for my Campaign Light ticket. Sadly when clicking through it actually requests money for the rebooking.

The ability to add APIS info is now back. I was just able to add it to a booking. Of note, I did enter the info via the chatbot last week, but it either wasn't entered in the PNR or was not showing on the website at least.

I succeeded to change the date of a flight in manage my booking! Just a simple round-trip this time, but the interface seemed new and the website even asked for feedback about the new online change-your-flight service. Very clear calendar view on all the available change options and easy to choose Economy or Business for the new flight. At least something has improved although I have a feeling this service doesn't work on more complex iteneraries.

Changed a booking on a pretty complex multi city booking. It worked as it should and even gave me a refund for the fare difference of more than $600 which made sense. A sign for hope? Are they using experienced developers all of a sudden?
