I need to stress that both flights have been affected by schedule changes and this only comes up on my android device, although iOS doesn't show all connections either... |
So I had an email about a small schedule change to an upcoming trip, only 5 minutes change so nothing at all really.
Thing is, when I try to confirm the change I'm met with a measage that "Sorry. Something went wrong" I have tried a few times, and on Phone and Computer- still no dice. It gets more frustrating though https://cimg4.ibsrv.net/gimg/www.fly...0e647526d7.jpg when I talk to Sisu about it... they initially try to tell me i cant change my flights online, then try to put me through to a CS rep- but the queue always seems massive (e.g. 75) and you no longer seem to get a update of your queue position so I've missed the agent coming back. Grrr! |
My Finnair app forces me to do full log in very frequently. But only sometimes, other times the log in seems to stick for a longer period of say 2 months.
Maybe it is something with my usage pattern but it is very annoying with a flight app that needs lferquent logins. The raison d'être is having your flight data, especially boading passes and check-in quickly accessible. If needing to log in before, then there is no reason to have an app, you could rely on website instead. Is it common among others to have to log in often? And what could be the reason? |

The Finnair website is not working at all for me. Logging in fails, password reset fails. This has been for few days already. Searching for flights does not work either. On mobile I am still logged, but searching for flights fail. Others having similar issues?
