Issues checking in
Anyone else experiencing issues checking in on phone? Just spins and spins and then says that check in has failed.

One can now reset their own or friends/enemies password by just by inputting their e-mail address via the forgot password feature if you select the reset password by text message option. "Enter your details and we will send you a link to reset your password via email or a new password by text message."

You enter your details to receive a reset link, and then the password resets when you actually access that reset link. |

You are right, that is garbage.
I just did a test, and now my password changed to some junk letters. Time to change back... So effectively if you know someones email, you can just keep giving them a new password. |
I just got an "You can now check in to your flight" email 42 hours before departure. Upon clicking the "start check in" button I'm told that OLCI opens in another 6 hours or so.
I get that time zones are difficult for humans to grasp, but surely there are ways of avoiding off by 6 hours errors in promoting OLCI. |
Trying to OLCI, but after providing passenger details the Continue button doesn't do anything (and the text next to it still says "Provide all required information"). Counter check-in it is then.

My only assumption is it was an attempt to reduce congestion, so only those with actual need would persevere vs those who want to change their seat selection whom would give up. Before you could just leave it running and go do chores around the house until you were 5 or 6 away... |
AY app has completely lost my upcoming NRT flight, been gone for three weeks now. Logging out & back in has no effect. The app correctly shows the feeder flight though.

The website routinely loses the reservation after the outbound flight. Then it returns after a few days. :rolleyes: But it can be found using the booking reference.
