Not sure if it's related or not, but I have a HEL-KIX-HEL award booking and although it shows up on the website it will not load on the app, either iOS or Android.

If you were on the first flight then I wouldn't worry about it. Log in and out of the app and try again tomorrow :)

We have opposite problems. For me, app works fine. Website, when logged in, does not. But website when not logged in works fine, too. AY IT at its best.

I will do nothing for now. If OLCI fails, then I have time to contact Janica and let her sort it out.

Case still open but it might be just as Intuition writes. Finnair chat in Bulgaria (after 2 weeks) thinks everything is OK but now finally CS in Finland could not explain what has happened and investigates further. Interesting, but not nice as I have lost 5.000 Avios and maybe have to buy them back to be able to finish my business-class booking

I just made one Award QF booking via BA and other non-award one directly via CX. I can see tem in my trips summary but I can not open details for these bookings via AY web MNB pages. Looks like another IT issue.

I assume this is in relation to an award booked via AY, otherwise its probably wrong place to discuss. Were the avios deducted? Have you seen a confirmation page for the cash part and was it actually charged? Have you received an email confirming the ticket? If not, it may mean the ticket is not confirmed yet and may be shortly or, that what you see is a temporary unconfirmed PNR. I’ve seen the latter and resolved upon conversation with CS.

No, there are two OW airlines bookings... One QF award via BA, and other normally paid (not award) CX. Therefore I assume there is some IT glitch... I can manage both bookings via BA/QF and CX respectively...

There is no reason why they would and should show up in the AY app as there is no AY involvement.

(Sometimes, it is possible to add such trips by using the Amadeus booking reference, though, but obviously you can't make any changes or additions via the app for such trips.)

No they both show normally in AY app and also in trips summary on Finnair web when logged in. The point is that I cannot open "manage booking pages" so I could add contact details or change FFN.

Of course you can't since it's not an AY booking. You need to do that on the homepage of the carrier you are flying.

Of course? Well this might apply to services like "seat selection" but it has always been possible to check manage booking page and modify certain passanger info as long as booking is recognised by AY systems. Here it is recognised, shown in app/trip summary but Manage Booking interfece does not open and it jumps back to trip summary.

It seems there has been some restrictions from ticketing airlines lately.
PNR of QR coded AY operated DOH flight isn't recognized by AY MMB and App. Everything looks ok on QR MMB. It is not limited to AY MMB, tried other OW airlines MMB (RJ, BA) and not recognized.

QR is heavily restricting access to PNR info.

Yes, I am aware of QR. Their bookings are not even visible in AY app even when AY FFN is linked. But my issue is bit different, probably another restriction level.
