Interesting. MH flights showed up in the AY App for me in the spring.

In the latest app update, in the booking list the flight dates are gone and only the route is shown.

For me it shows even after app update.

But yeah not surprised in every AY improvement there is perhaps one improvement and two drawbacks. And lot of company expense used for the development 😬

I had several flights in the app and one has been missing date after reschedule. It was missing in old version too

Is there some kind of special handling of points for itineraries involving IRROPS? Or am I just impatient?

I flew ARN-HEL-JFK-SFO-LAS on a pre-March 9th booking from Saturday evening to Monday afternoon (crazy, I know). It's now Thursday in Finland and even the AY metal ARN-HEL and HEL-JFK legs haven't posted.

JFK-SFO ended up being on DL metal due to a misconnect and I submitted an ORC request to gold email on Tuesday. Janica promptly replied me she can't do that yet and to get back after the points from ARN-HEL and HEL-JFK have posted.

Same here. 0 points from last weekend. Both pre 09MAR and newer reservation involved.

Got points for my 05OCT flight today. I wonder if they're not just having regular technical difficulties.

Strangely AA coded flights posted in about 24 hours.

Also, shame on AY. After a previous IROPS on the outbound "Finnair disruption management" went and changed AY4074 for AA2553 on my return. Same plane, same seat, different earnings. Now I'm left trying to argue for ORC with a less than helpful CS.

Crediting to AY+, there should not be much to argue. Just get hold of a Finnish agent and tell them you want ORC. Should be simple and straightforward.

Was surprised to see that the iOS app has less flight info than the Android app. For example, I can see my selected seat on a AA flight in the Android app but not in iOS, also it doesn't show the type of seat in general (e.g., window, aisle) just the number.

How long do ORC requests usually take to handle? I'm flying long haul again next Wednesday and was planning to convert avios to get the last few thousand points to regain Plat status.

​​​​​​​Gold email support in Finnish refused as "your flight was marketed and operated by AA". I suppose I rubbed them the wrong way or sth.

I proceeded to ask Gold WA for ORC on Monday. As the ticket contained IROPS I was told CS has to send this to "the other department" and that they'd get back to me in case there were issues. It's Thursday now and I haven't heard anything.

I also have one short hop on AS that shows as having been credited as 0 avios/miles. CS told me that "it will be fixed when AS gets around to crediting your points. I've never encountered this before. Does this happen often?

A few months ago, it used to be 2-3 days until points/avios posted, I think 2 days usually for AY and maybe 1-2 days more for OW - at least that is my recollection.
Now, I had to claim the previous two AY tickets by number after 7 days - i.e not posted after a week.
Have another ticket flown a week ago, AY/JL codeshare, not posted yet and the form suggests to wait for another week before claiming.
These are all recent tickets not pre March so there seems to be some much bigger issue.
Not very nice and feels like last century, e.g. compared to Miles & More where some airlines may post within the same day.

Points posting has been slow lately. My last trips have posted between 3-8 days.

Got my points from HEL -HKG for 2 days. Earlier European flights took more than a week to post
