Upgrades with Avios now possible in the App. But not with vouchers.

Was this related to the new era too, or did others get points for flights feb/march before the service break? I have points missing, so just wondering how patient one should be with this issue.
A technical issue has delayed adding February's flight transactions to Finnair Plus accounts, and some points might appear as though missing. We are working on a fix and apologise for the delay. |
I got mine a while ago. During the old era. But the warning is still there so I suppose some Feb points are still missing.

Able to sign in to ay Nordic sky, app and website now. Maybe a good sign?

Can others see their vouchers et.al in their account?
For me, the list of vouchers never populates, just three animated dots |

Not sure if this is the best thread for this, but as a Plat, why are these seats blocked off to me? I am assuming they are blocked off since the person symbol is only in two of them, the rest seemingly "unavailable". This is from online MMB, but same in App.

It seems the booking function in the app is hard wired to finnish web? Prices are in € on routes that start in €-countries despite same routes are sold in SEK on .se page.
Did this change with the new era? I don't book very often in app *), but have a vague memory I had SEK prices before, but maybe it has always been like this? *) reason I look at app right now is that loggin isn't working on www again |
I can see SEK in app for exSE bookings.

ah, yes you are right.
The web page was changed a few weeks ago and if you switch to sweden it now sells all destinations in SEK, for example ex UK and ex DK. But app doesn't have any localisation anyway, so I guess it isn't built be be able to do that. |
Don't know if this concerns only tickets purchased before adios, but currently you are not able to change your flights through their website.

My tier points were to reset on 1April but still show up as of today.
Assume it's sort of a glitch and not an act of generosity... |
