Sorry if I have missed something, but why can’t I anymore change seats before or during check-in? Shorthaul, Classic or Flex tickets and Platsku. Something changed in the app (haven’t looked via website)?

Positively surprised on changing a flight with manage booking on a booking including a non oneworld airline connection in Asia. System gave all the options I would have expected with pricing. It would be nice to be able to pick more "crazy" connections to build fake stop overs of under 24h but overall this part of the system worked well for once. Also a more itemized receipt of the charges would be great as well as information on the booking class of the new ticket.

Seattle flight cancelled. SEA wasn't the start or end destination (had a connecting AA flight). Instead of providing alternate flight options as usual with "change my flight", the only option IT showed was to cancel for a refund. Got properly re-routed after contact with customer service, but strange that IT doesn't offer alternatives or even say contact us for re-routing, only cancel for a refund. Or, if that's what they mean by the last part, it's poorly worded IMO

All bookings from App gone. "Add a journey" does not recognize PNR. Everything looks fine however on the website.

I was put on a waitlist and it shows correctly on my booking on web page, but there's no mention of it to be found on app. It's obviously not a big deal, but how hard can it be to have your two user platforms show the same data...

On a more serious note, I also think it's a bit odd that the app shows individual flights and the website shows bookings instead. |
