Talk about Karma, not only did AY not give me a softlanding they indeed cut my status short ie took the last month out 🤣🤣

Seems to be some wider issue, I have the same and in "höpö höpö" thread there is also reports on the same thing.

So they went public in august with the program change, meaning it has been planned for more than 6 months. I have a suspicion a lot of people on here has overseen or participated in large system changes with much less time allotted and still launched with zero negative impact on customer experience. It begs the question: Just how poorly managed is Finnair?

It shows the same on the web account so I would say 99% sure it shows up on BP the same as well... bad news for those traveling today, luckily ay flights arent operating enmasse today so not as many affected but of course alliance flights most likely will not allow benefits
