Finnair sent a monthly Finnair Plus statement via email but the status expiry date is wrong. :rolleyes:

Not much was right in the statement.

It said I have tier X while at the same time saying it expired on the 14th several months ago,
Progress and points expiry was off too.

Pretty fast corrected too. Monthly AY bingo.

Hmm... I haven't gotten any AY+ statement in ages. The AY+ mailer seems very broken for me.

Neither have I, before that incorrect one last week.

Has anyone else noticed a new ticket type showing up in corporate travel portal? Was booking flights for August and had the option to select "Economy PrioFlex" - yet I can find no mention of that on AY webpages.

I got scared when reading it, as I should depart on a Thursday. Well, the 1st of August is a Thursday, but apparently not according to AY IT's calendar.

Is HEL being re-branded? :)

But more seriously it's surprisingly difficult to tell localization tools that HEL and hel are not the same word at all because of the caps.

Indeed, we are living in the era when humans must guess what mistake the tool did to understand the auto-translated text.

One would think airport codes (and other codes) are marked as literals and thus a no-go for the Artificial Ignorance tools.

Anyone else having IT issues with AY right now?
My bookings that were shown as waitlisted for J are not waitlisted anymore in the App and when trying to check the status in the browser, it says wrong login details... :rolleyes:

My upgrade went through at time T30, and the app displayed the trip, but the booking had disappeared from finnair.com and couldn't be found when I tried using the booking reference. Later that same day, I received a new ticket via email, and after that, the booking also appeared on finnair.com.

Just received an e-mail I could now select my business class meal for the return flight. I have a PE ticket..

Anyone have an issue log on, I couldn't log in for a week now as not receiving two-factor authentication
