Finnair sent a monthly Finnair Plus statement via email but the status expiry date is wrong. :rolleyes:

Not much was right in the statement.
It said I have tier X while at the same time saying it expired on the 14th several months ago, Progress and points expiry was off too. |

Hmm... I haven't gotten any AY+ statement in ages. The AY+ mailer seems very broken for me.

Has anyone else noticed a new ticket type showing up in corporate travel portal? Was booking flights for August and had the option to select "Economy PrioFlex" - yet I can find no mention of that on AY webpages.

I received a pre-departure e-mail saying:

But more seriously it's surprisingly difficult to tell localization tools that HEL and hel are not the same word at all because of the caps. |

Anyone else having IT issues with AY right now?
My bookings that were shown as waitlisted for J are not waitlisted anymore in the App and when trying to check the status in the browser, it says wrong login details... :rolleyes: |
