Report it in the app, that dev team is usually (used to be) pretty responsive in regards of app oddities.
The fact that anyone can select seat for free at web-checkin is likely a bug/feature Finnair shares with many in the industry. They all do their best to kill it I think. |
What's going on with the AY website? Everytime I want to pay it gives me an error..?

Now MUC as a departure city is gone. Sad to see how AY is stalling so steep.

The smartest person at the next AY Board meeting must be the one who asks "Have you tried to accept the money customers offer you?" when it comes to profitability and cost-cutting.

Compare web / app and EF for this upcoming flight of mine. Can‘t select some seats in app which clearly are available. Works fine using web checkin.
