Are there again issues with the crediting of upgraded tickets? My upgraded flight didn’t post while the domestic connection posted.

My upgraded inbound posted within 2 days, the normal outbound is still not there after a week...

This is something new (?) - the chat function is now a bot (rather useless at that) you need to ask for a human (type: asiakaspalvelu)

Early tomorrow morning AY+ is down between 3 and 6 am.

My mobile app (IOS) have been missing selections for seat selection, request for upgrade, order a meal etc.. for upcoming trips for some time. Today I logged to my account using AY WWW to reserve seats for upcoming flights. Seat selections were updated immediately to mobile app, and magically all pre-selection buttons are now shown for all upcoming flights.

The seat selection for me is visible only on flights where I have no allocated seat. Thus, I usually only see it after applying an upgrade. Works the same both on Android and iOS.

New version of IOS app seems to have a new AY+ membership page. There is also an interesting validity period for my (already renewed) gold tier:
