AY added a good amount of gates to TKU. I got a message when boarding there that boarding starts at gate 17. This made me smile.

Hi FinnairPlus_Ela , good to see you here. If you are posting as company representative you should contact one of the moderators. They will know how to validate your profile, which will mean your posts will be marked with a banner telling us you are posting officially.
We don't have a resident moderator here, but you can try oliver2002 or NewbieRunner. Or you can report your own post to a moderator (the red !) and someone will contact you.

I was just going to say not to post any sensitive info to this person without validation tve profile is not official nor the first post AY+ 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ just the pessimist in me I guess

The "Finnair +" in the profile raises red flags to me. FinnairPlus and FinnairPlusRep both have it written "Plus" instead of "+"

I will be the optimist here and expect it's one of the participants of AY from the closed discussion few months back. The name and area of interest would justify it. The "+" vs "Plus" thing can be a way of becoming more local (AY+, right?).

Unfortunately, no screenshots. If you open more Us network wide, we may give it a test. But that I assume you can do, too.

Anyone else having issues with getting the correct amount of points for Economy Flex (B) 150% domestic tickets? My son only got 100% points on his flight in June and of course this issue was reported to AY+. Points accrual were fixed after a couple of weeks. To my surprise I had the same problem again on my last week's flight. This cannot be true that they don't have any feedback loops to get this kind of issue fixed system wide. I strongly believe my family is not the only one having this issue...

Over time one might get used that those kind of things are not fixed quickly in their system. It was the same with upgraded flights.

I have contacted FinnairPlus_Ela but from the information I can access I expect the response to be positive. Watch this space!

Unfortunately I can confirm this new feature and experience is truly what AY website offers presently. Didnīt bother with screenshots thou.
