These multi-city legs can also be codeshares. For example: Flight 1 HEL-HKG on AY, Flight 2 one week later HKG-SYD on CX but AY flight number. Excellent!

AY guys said that it comes up at random users until it's fully launched in January.

The tier points and Avios from my flights on IB in early December don't show up in the transaction history in the app at all, but they are visible on the web site. Yet the Avios and the tier point balances match in the app and the web site (and at least the tier points include those IB flights).

So traveling OUL HEL MUC this week. Checked in this morning managed to associate our four separate bookings: me super light, family 3 individual awards. Can’t change my seating so moved family to sit around me. As checkin is done, family’s seats revert back to original seats. Tried checkin again, Altea has still clustered us together but now seat changes are not possible. Any trick or suggestion? Or should I just ask at checkin tomorrow? I don’t mind sitting alone in 58Ö but the family was scattered across two rows due to the curtain moving on our MUC flight a few times since we booked the ticket in early November.

I can't find any feedback form on AY site which wouldn't require a flight booking, basically any kind of general feedback channel. Does such exist?

FWIW, the checkin agent in OUL was not very happy... he was already peeved at our single bag weight 24.6 KG. 'your allowance is 23 kg, I will have to charge for two kg extra'. So I unpacked some KGs in front of his counter. Then all was good. Didn't bring up the seating matter. SInce we were in OUL rather early, I decided to play around with the seating using the Finnavia checkin kiosk, and was able to seat the family around me in 58Ö. Everyone happy.

Considering recent incidents around the world, that seat area seems to be the most safest place on an airplane.

And then there is Olli Varho, who told my Dad that he always sits in the last row, on the left hand side of the plane, because statistically, that is the safest seat on the whole plane. In 1978, Varho died in a plane crash.
