Finnair revealing their new BUSiness class on shorthaul!

So what is the best way to get in touch with Finnair to book a multi city flight? (Sea-Hel-Sin with stopover) I can booking at places like expedia but prefer booking direct when possible. Chat just throws out with any language - country I tried

On the positive side, my points from flights flown 04MAR had posted this morning (06MAR). I don't think AY points have ever posted so fast. :tu:

Out of curioisty incluing longhauls and flight on weekends?

I have only flown weekend long hauls and most are taking 48-72hrs but never in 24hours :)

On the return flight now. I wonder if upgrading causes the points to post slower...

No long-hauls since November! I had one weekend flight, can’t remember how quickly it posted… the next time I looked at the app it was there.

So my non upgraded flight posted today in fulliso very fast, but the previous flight which was upgraded is still missing so I guess upgrading slows things down :)

I guess the old email links from say the 200k tierpoint accruals dont take you to the new list for selecting those 200k 300k 400k and 500k gifts? Or have they enhanced those away all together? :)

Aren’t they nowadays selected on finnairshop.com?

Autoanswer said first 21-28 days to refund, then got next day a new msg saying 2-5 days and money back in 5 days.
