Triple points posted correctly on my changed + upgraded ticket. Interestingly, my wife also got triple points even though she did not have an AY+ account at the time of booking yet.

Today at HEL I got a notification from the App when boarding started. Not sure if this is something new but the notification came exactly when boarding started, not at a pre-established time like I remember from the past. :tu:

And that was a bit odd. Usually the notification comes well ahead of any boarding. But yes, sometimes they hit spot on. |

OMG this app...
now multi segment trips only display first boarding pass. To see the subsequent passes you first need to scroll into that segment, then scroll down to the bottom, click show BP and voilá... Peace of mind and all that... I know it's crazy, but how about the big purple button in the middle of the screen could display all your passes... |

Econ flex ticket booked duing 3x promo and upgraded, flown the day before you posted. Now listed in my points history as "Economy flex" and Zero points. |
Should I change my password? I'm using W11 and just flew to Germany. This is just silly.

This problem on website's Manage booking started yesterday.

I have the same in the ios app. One booking simply vanished. Adding it back manually yields the same error.

Anyone experience that waitlisted an upgrade but received flight change notification required confirming in Manage Booking. Every time I want to confirm, it shows "Something went wrong".
Asked help from the Chat, email and Whatsapp. No solution and will escalate to IT. Already for at least 2 months.... |
I'd say waitlisting blocks a lot of functionality in MMB. Well-known is that you can't select seat, but I am not surprised other stuff also breaks.
I think waitlists actually has a ghost-booking, ie your booking holds both the original flight&class and the upgraded flight&class. That would easily confuse the MMB. |
