I dont remember, but if so, I bet he was near Ken. My mother went up and said hi, but I was too scared. Villa Blanca was where we preferred the food over SUR - though, Scheana was our waitress at SUR and my mother got a photo with Jax - lol.

I went the Edinburgh Dishoom this past summer. It was just as good as my visits in London. For me it's a must eat if I'm in the vicinity.

Last night on my FB feed, there were two video clips of British comedian Michael McIntyre taking frozen homemade dishes out of a wife's freezer and then having a Michelin chef serve her the food she made (with a typical Michelin presentation and fancy French dish name) completely unbeknownst to her (husband playing along having set it up) It was absolutely hilarious.

We are in Columbus Georgia for the night. I looked online before leaving home and Mellow Mushroom’s website has a pretty extensive vegan section. I’ve always appreciated their tap selections. It’s a mile from our hotel.
apparently the vegan menu doesn’t extend to Columbus. I was able to order a pizza with non dairy cheese. It has no flavor. The green pepper was uncooked. The Italian sausage was fine. The crust was doughy and undercooked. Blegggh!
And oh, my first two choices from their beer list were not available.

Dishoom Glasgow - okay, its delicious - but my goodness, $37 (28 GBP) is far too much for this amount of food. The best part is the orange chutney, and I went through multiple napkins for nose blowing due to the spice.

Dropped in to see a retired co worker and a current co worker for dinner. The latter brought the bottle of whiskey and its extremely smooth. Steaks were a nice medium rare.
