Elevator Enthusiast, Don’t look.



We are in Columbus Georgia for the night. I looked online before leaving home and Mellow Mushroom’s website has a pretty extensive vegan section. I’ve always appreciated their tap selections. It’s a mile from our hotel.

apparently the vegan menu doesn’t extend to Columbus. I was able to order a pizza with non dairy cheese. It has no flavor. The green pepper was uncooked. The Italian sausage was fine. The crust was doughy and undercooked. Blegggh!

And oh, my first two choices from their beer list were not available.
