I only reverse seared two NY Strip steaks today with side salad, and steamed broccoli.
EDIT: My brother and his family will come over tomorrow so I will make meatballs and Sunday Gravy. Stay tuned

broccolini is one of my favorites! All it needs is olive oil, s&p and cooked over charcoal takes on so much flavor.
broccoli and asparagus also work that way, but broccolini with a bit of char is best.

Xmas supper. Great choices with a couple vegetarian options that I eschewed!
charcuterie ( cute Rose salamis)
turkey
ham
mash
peas
stuffing
gravy
zanze cheesecake
chocolate silk pie
jello pie - the hosts late mother used to often make it
i hope that people are enjoying the December holiday period.

That is a really lovely Charcuterie layout. As for myself, fried oysters with a horseradish sauce, which is something I typically do more as an appetizer, but wasn't in the mood for something big after several days of hearty excess.
