Salad, though certainly not as exciting as corky's. A mixture of greens with some herbs, green onions, cucumbers, shredded carrots and sprouts with a wafu dressing.

Rare Prime Rib and roasted potatoes paired with a 2019 Haut Medoc. The Prime Rib Roast I bought for Xmas was a bit too big so I cut off one rib, vacuum packed and froze. Makes a nice two day dinner

I spent the afternoon cutting 18 new holes on the golf course and replacing the flags. I came home cold and hungry to the chicken cacciatore that cooked in the crockpot all day.
