I think this is the first time Ive managed to make dinner out of a lounge - but yummy tortilla chips, plenty of smoked salmon, black pepper beef (only had two pieces for my cholesterol), and truffle potatoes au gratin are enough for me! This was at the lounge at Westin Seoul Parnas - Happy New Year!

Shout out to Mickey's Deli in Hermosa. Door Dash brought the wrong pie (not DD fault) and I called Mickey's. They quickly made me the right pie (in a larger size than I ordered) had an employee deliver it to me and gave me a $40 gift card!

Mrs Willie and I hosted another couple last night.
Started with each having a jumbo stone crab claw
Buddy's partner brought over a sliced pear, pomegranate, arugula, feta salad which was 2nd course
3rd course were sauteed razor clams, first time I've ever prepared those at home. SOOOOOOOO good and sooooo easy to make
Buddy's partner then brought out her broccoli and white bean casserole
we finished with grilled grouper tacos
I'm sorry we didn't take pics. 3 bottles of wine and a bottle of Sparkline Wine, What a delicious way to ring in 2026

It was less than 20 F, so I ran through Samseong Station to Coex to get to the heat - Shake Shack provided a very yummy chicken and the Baskin Robbins waffle cone had a good syrupy flavor that went well with my cookies n cream.
