Confession: it was purchased that way from Aldi. It gets a quick flip and does lose some of its seasoning but not much. They may have a pressing process that semi-embeds the herbs.

Kogi gogi AYCE bbq, sf:

beef - short ribs, rib fingers, beef bulgogi, marinated galbi, some other beef items.
pork - marinated pork belly, spicy pork, pork bulgogi
chicken - garlic
prawns
bibimbap
corn cheese
egg souffle
rice

we got some donuts after supper but theyre actually not tasty and Ill surely compost them!

Got backlogged - Bianca con Jamon at the same restaurant as the night before in Busan - I dont know what is in the little bowl

Heading out of town again in a few days, so trying to eat up all of the fresh food left in the fridge! I had some chicken tikka masala (from Trader Joe's), along with a mixed greens salad (with a bit of cheese, black olives, green onion and cucumbers).
