here are some screenshots i took awhile back when i initially did this blog post. i just went through itineraries with an irop flight and took screenshots so i'll see if i can get some more posted up there.
there isn't a thread on the project yet though. i'm sure there will be once its live. i'm guessing it will be in a thread titled as positively as this one.

I think that sometimes people forget that honey gets more flies than vinegar and that if they write an effective, concise statement about their gripes they'll be more likely to get a response (positive or negative).

I don't know if this is related to the rollout, but I'm pretty sure the gate numbers on my LAX-ATL today are reversed. Shows me arriving in ATL at gate 58?

How about "THANK YOU DELTA (new IROPS itinerary info)"?

DeltaWebDev,
Is there some problem with accessing eCredits for unused old tickets? This has never been a problem for me in the past, but I currently have some known unused refundable e-tickets that should display as eCredits for use, but they are not doing so. Moreover, when I search for them by ticket number, the system says it cannot locate them.
Are you aware of any problems in this area of site functionality at this time?

It will certainly save time to clean up changes online as I had to put in 2 calls this week when the last leg was moved back one hour then again when it was then given another flight number. This wa international so I hope the changes are not just for domestic flights.

The NW forum had a long-standing sticky (now unstickied) on nwa.com issues, which centralized everything in one thread. Inidividual titles & frustrations just disappeared into the megathread.
Maybe the DL mods should be lobbied to adopt that approach?

Not positive, yet not negative enough to provide material for the opening slide in your next PowerPoint presentation.

the update to itineraries was for handling irops, so the next time there is a schedule change, cancellation, etc on one of your flights, let us know how the experience is cleaning up your own itinerary and selecting the flights you want. there are business rules for what flights are offered, so if there is a flight that you want but it isn't shown, there is a reason. i will have to ask though as i'm not familiar with them. i will be testing it today to make sure everything is functioning nicely with the 1024 updates. i'll try and take some screen shots while i test.
