here are some screenshots i took awhile back when i initially did this blog post. i just went through itineraries with an irop flight and took screenshots so i'll see if i can get some more posted up there.

there isn't a thread on the project yet though. i'm sure there will be once its live. i'm guessing it will be in a thread titled as positively as this one.

How about "THANK YOU DELTA (new IROPS itinerary info)"?

I think that sometimes people forget that honey gets more flies than vinegar and that if they write an effective, concise statement about their gripes they'll be more likely to get a response (positive or negative).

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320))

I don't know if this is related to the rollout, but I'm pretty sure the gate numbers on my LAX-ATL today are reversed. Shows me arriving in ATL at gate 58?

Due to a schedule change, my new connecting flight next month leaves 45 minutes before Im scheduled to arrive in Atl. Not sure how a website revamp makes that possible.

You're right, a poor title. By the same time, the response from DL could be "we understand to our very frequent customers how important our web site is, so we really appreciate your patience as we continue to upgrade it. Thanks for the continued feedback, and again, thanks for your patronage!"

DeltaWebDev,

Is there some problem with accessing eCredits for unused old tickets? This has never been a problem for me in the past, but I currently have some known unused refundable e-tickets that should display as eCredits for use, but they are not doing so. Moreover, when I search for them by ticket number, the system says it cannot locate them.

Are you aware of any problems in this area of site functionality at this time?

I took it with a grain of salt when the new itin format showed my NW flight to DTW arriving at gate D6.

The website revamp should allow you to fix that yourself rather than having to call DL to do that.

It will certainly save time to clean up changes online as I had to put in 2 calls this week when the last leg was moved back one hour then again when it was then given another flight number. This wa international so I hope the changes are not just for domestic flights.

Not positive, yet not negative enough to provide material for the opening slide in your next PowerPoint presentation.

The NW forum had a long-standing sticky (now unstickied) on nwa.com issues, which centralized everything in one thread. Inidividual titles & frustrations just disappeared into the megathread.

Maybe the DL mods should be lobbied to adopt that approach?

I did notice w/the fall schedule change and my ATL-FCO flight changing from NW 820 to DL 70 that the scheduled updated automatically, seats were automatically assigned, and the former flight was no longer listed. However, no email re: this change. Had I not been reading FT re: the fall schedule changes I wouldn't have known of the change.
