Bug when using trying to use Pay with Miles for someone else's ticket.

* have the amex reserve card
* also gold medallion
* browser - chrome or ie

I'm able to find the flight, get all the way to booking with, but when I try to purchase now, it says that delta can't verify my address. This happens whether I use the amex or another card to pay.

however, if I change the name of the passenger to my own name (and ff number) I am able to purchase.

Upgrades Not Happening

I've had this happen multiple times in the past couple of months.

I book a flight 3 days out and the flight shows upgrades AVAILABLE. I select the flight, select the FC seat yet the system won't let me save the seat. It then takes a phone call to secure the upgrade.

Why doesn't it allow you to do it all in one step when the upgrade is AVAILABLE?

Itinerary search not available!

I tried to pull up one of my itineraries on delta.com last night, and again this morning. I'm getting this message:

System Unavailable We're sorry but this service is not available at this time. Please try again later.

A real pain!

Add: this happens when trying to use the quick tab "Itineraries & Check-in" tab on the Home page. If I go into the "Traveling and Check-in" tab and click "Itineraries & Check-in" from the pull-down menu, my itinerary summary shows up. BUT, if I click on "Details" to get the entire itinerary, I get that same "Sorry" message.

This sure seems an important bug...

I have another problems from delta.com but, I don't see SkyMiles & Pin# where I login on doesn't coming up yet. So it was seem something is wrong from front pages onto delta.com. I tries to do refreshed the pages but, where I tries to look it up login with my accounts.

This is happening to me as well. I have 3 active itins right now, and only 2 of them will show up on the Itineraries page. Last week, Itin #1 was missing. This week Itin #3 is missing. For a short period of time, all 3 were showing up properly, so I assumed that the issue had been fixed after I reported it to online help. But I guess not.

They all 3 show up on the "Itineraries & Check-In" dropdown on the "Travel & Check-In" page, but if I choose the itin that isn't on the Itineraries page, then it gives me the error message that you mention.

hmmmmm.... could you get a screenshot? i recommend using fireshot as its free and extremely useful.

i'll have to look into the issue with itineraries mentioned. are any of the itineraries on NW?

This is missing the SkyMiles/Pin#, too. So that's why I couldn't see it at all. Can you please fixed the delta.com for me. Thanks, my friend.

Yes, certainly he can do that for you. He will able to fixing the problems onto delta.com and just be more patience for few hours until from delta.com is being fixed.

Tried accessing DL.com via BB this afternoon and was prompted (again ) to enter email address with so field to enter same

i think its a waste of DL''s resources to fix a problem which occurs when viewing the site with AOL browser. Very few sites continue to support older browsers and AOL is no exception. N830MH -- you really should switch to Firefox or IE8, as 99% of the web loads just fine in those two browsers.
