Please someone fix this issue!
Having the same exact problem. While DL had no problem with my email address less than a month ago and sent me messages regarding my itinerary in mid-September, I received no emails (ie, "Time to check in") for my flights this last weekend. When logged in and on my profile page, it says "We are unable to reach you at one or more email addresses shown below" and there's a red x next to my proper email address. I sent an email to DL web support but so far have received no response.

What's going on?

Having the same problem as well, I went into my profile and rekeyed my e-mail address and the problem went away. Something to do with the original e-mail address being a secondary address but DL needs a primary e-mail address. I also hear back from DL web support with a similar reason.

We provided one primary email address to DL years ago and that has not changed, however as gator21 and others have mentioned, we have had to reenter our primary email address to refresh the DL system

Has anyone noticed an issue with Seat Selection the last few days? I went to pick seats on an existing reservation for the future and I go through the motions, but as soon as I get prompted for the exit row confirmation and submit that, it just reloads my reservations page. I tried in Firefox and IE on my laptop, and Firefox on my Desktop with the same behavior. Even the hotel lobby computer is having the issue.

Still having the darn e-mail address problem. Can anyone from DL please address this?

I am getting my "Time to Check-in" e-mails, but it's really annoying to have to type in my address everytime I sign in. Also, I have no idea if I am missing other important e-mails from Delta.

Update: All I had to do, apparently, was update my e-mail address on the Delta website. Even though it's the same address. It works perfectly... for now.

I'm sure it's already in here, but award ticket selection is deceiving. The low, medium and high calendar doesn't work. I was told there were only medium for outbound and return, but when clicking thru only got charged for low OW.

VERY disappointed that Deltas award availability seems to add 10-15K to every trip for this Gold. I used to book on nwa.com for significantly lower miles.

If I wasn't stuck in a hub, I would be so outta here.

Different pricing

I just applied to Delta Amex card, got a confirmation that the card is ready & available for immediate use. Made my res @ Delta.com got the PNR but could not finalize the transaction due to an error. Cust rep told me that email was misleading, the available limit is $ 200.00 and only when the actual card is received I could buy a full ticket.

Anyways after much debating, they accepted to hold the res for few days with no price guarantee.

I just received the card (res expired at the time) made a new res, everytime I click purchase & finalize the res, it gave me an error message. After several attempts called the cust rep and they told me it is due to the pricing. They said that what I see on the screen is non-existing price for that European flights and when they entered the exact flight connections (NYC- AMS-IST-PAR-NYC) they ended up with a higher price.

I was so tired and frustrated and wanted to finalize it and asked the cust rep to go ahead and make the res. But I do not understand how the website have one price, and the cust rep a higher price.

I printed the whole thing online but do not know what to do. Any idea would be appreciated.

Ticket prices fluxuate based on availability and demand. While the system may display a $300 'T' fare there may be only one available when displayed and by the time you've finished your itinerary that 'T' fare was booked by someone else who completed their reservation before you. I've experienced this problem a number of times which is frustrating yet it is the way the pricing system is setup.

Award Itinerary Disappeared

I have two confirmed international award reservations for 2010. I check on them every couple of days as they keep changing the schedule. When I went to check them yesterday they were no longer visible from the itinerary page. I put in the confirmation number, the ticket number and nothing. I called Delta and they are in the record and their web support can't understand why I can't see them. They were there saturday and gone sunday. Oddly the confirmation numbers are on the left side of the home page but get 0 when I click on them. Anyone else having this problem?

This is a known problem but in this particular case it's ridiculous. When searching by price on delta.com, the site will only show the least expensive options, even when other options are only slightly more expensive.

Today I'm booking TPA-SHV-TPA and when I book by price, after selecting my desired outbound flight, the site gives me exactly one itinerary for the return through MEM, with a price of $327. If I book by schedule, I can find several ATL connections, priced at $332. I would venture to guess that most passengers don't really care that much about a $5 difference in fare and would like to see more options presented up front. Or at the very least, perhaps a link that says "see additional options at higher fares" or something like that. Implementing nwa.com's "fare and schedule" search option would be a good choice too.

To add to my annoyance today, when I first went to book by schedule, I forgot to select the time of day, instead leaving "anytime in the field. My desired return itinerary didn't show up, although there were at least 15 other options, including several two-stop options. When searching by schedule, the site should show all 1-stop options first, then show the two-stop options perhaps. The vast majority of passengers want the most convenient options, especially those who have chosen to search by schedule.

My flight connections aren't automatically posting

Hi,

Don't know if anyone has raised this bug yet, but none of my flight connections are posting automatically to my account.
My 1st flight of the day posts, but the 2nd flight doesn't and I am having
to request a Missing Miles Request every week.

Its obviously very inconvenient to have to lookup by E-Ticket or Flight Numbers every week and file a request.

This was also previously happening on my same day round-trips - with the return flight not posting to my account. NWA tech said that this was a known bug that was being worked on, but it seems that it still hasn't been resolved.

Please fix this sooner than later, since this issue is actually creating work for your customers.

Thanks.

"We are unable to log you into your account at this time."

I've been getting the following error from DL.com after attempting to log in to my Skymiles account for about 30 minutes:

We are unable to log you into your account at this time. You can continue to shop and book a trip, but you cannot access your account or redeem an award ticket at this time.

Please try to log in again in a few minutes.
Would this be likely to reflect a systemwide problem or a problem with my account?

On my Delta skymiles page it says the e-mail address they have on file is not a working e-mail. It says they have not been able to deliver skymiles info to my e-mail but I get e-mail from Delta so I don't know what is going on there. Then I had 10,000 eqm posted in January of 09 but it doesn't show up in my 09 eqm's! I e-mailed them and they sent me back something saying it was a bonus of eqm from my American Express card usage in 2008. They didn't address why the 10,000 eqm were't showing up under my eqm's statement. Really weird.

Seat Assignments Seem to be Better

I noticed today (after receiving upgrade notification) that I can select seats on flights "operated by Northwest" where I couldn't last week. Even my AeroMexico segment is now selectable where it wasn't before.

Previously, it seemed one had to to nwa.com to make seat changes.
