I received a promo from Delta "When A Plan Comes Together" Sweepstakes & it directed me to go to delta.com/together to enter with the promo code. However, delta.com/togethr isn't coming up as a valid URL.

I have an itinerary on hold that shows up at 145,000 points to redeem. However, every phone rep I've talked to (4 so far) says the itinerary is priced at 295,000 miles. None of them will make changes to it because they say it will mess up the pricing that I'm seeing.
DeltaWebDev, if you want the reference number, I'd be more than happy to PM it to you.

delta.com/together does work, but says "We're sorry, this campaign is currently not active."

No Commas
This is more along the lines of a design flaw rather than a real bug:
It would help greatly if large numbers (<999) had commas. For example: 35,000 instead of 35000.
For Million Milers: 1,443,503 instead of 1443503
The old snail mail monthly statements used commas until the late 1990s, then they seems to have disappeared.
Long lists of large numbers (such as in a monthly statement) are always more easily read with commas.

Delta Mobile not displaying itineraries
I've been regularly using the Delta mobile site on my BB without an issue until about 3 weeks ago. When I select "login to see itineraries", and then enter my Skymiles/PIN on the next screen, what I'm returned is a screen with the standard Delta banner and below it another Delta banner w/black background, the "back" button, and the "home" nav link. This is true when selecting "login to book a trip" as well. I thought it may have been my BB so I had others try on their LG and Samsung phones with the same results. I went to my PC and used Internet Exp7 and Google Chrome to access mobile.delta.com, went through the above mentioned exercise and had the same results.
I send an email and am directed to the Online Customer Assistance. I've called them 3 times. They've told me a). Their browser's working just fine so they're not going to do anything about it. b). They won't help me unless I give them a conf. #, c). They'll look at it and get back to me, which has been 11 days now.
Has anyone else experienced this problem? I'd appreciate any insight or advice. The Online Cust. Asst is of no value but I don't know where else to go at this point.

Yes, this is a known issue with the mobile site. You can usually view itineraries by confirmation code, but not by SkyMiles number. Same with mobile check-in.

Thanks for the tip though me4yankess. Unfortunately, that will only work if I'm in the check-in window. If I want to review upcoming itineraries outside of that window, the mobile site is of no use because there's no option to select by conf # except at check-in.

Interesting Bug
. I booked flights tonight with my wife's new DL account. I was not able to put my DL FF number in and it kept giving me an error saying that "Name does not match number". I gave up and completed the reservation and then figured I would call and add it. Before calling I tried to add it within the reservation and presto it worked. I am guessing that for the name I had to use First Name "space" Middle Inital , but not sure.

(This is a long thread and I apologize if I am asking a question that has already been answered elsewhere.)
Lately I frequently have an issue when I go to delta.com - I start to "log in" at the top of the page with my Sky Miles number - and after entering 2 or 3 digits, the cursor jumps down to the "book a trip" section and the rest of my number starts being entered into the "from airport" section.
Of course, I just move the cursor and continue the process - but this is slightly annoying, and it happens often. Am I the only one??

Watchful, I've experienced that as well. You need to wait until the Flash content loads on the main body of the page. For some reason they seem to want to position the cursor instead of allowing the user to do it. I've found that if I wait for the content to load (pictures, etc) I don't have the problem you describe.
