Yes, this is a known issue with the mobile site. You can usually view itineraries by confirmation code, but not by SkyMiles number. Same with mobile check-in.
I work in IT and it always bothers me when I hear "known issue"... Known to whom? It wasn't known to me & the reps didn't share when I called in the problem.
Thanks for the tip though me4yankess. Unfortunately, that will only work if I'm in the check-in window. If I want to review upcoming itineraries outside of that window, the mobile site is of no use because there's no option to select by conf # except at check-in.
