delta.com not showing one-stop itineraries when searching by schedule
I'm trying to book TPA-ONT-TPA and when I search by price, I get some good fares for convenient one-stop itineraries. However, since the "search by price" option sometimes leaves out other convenient options that are more expensive, I decided to try searching by schedule to see "all" of the options. But when I searched by schedule the search engine didn't show any one-stop options at all, only several multi-stop options. This makes no sense whatsoever - when I search by schedule, I want to see everything.

Web Site notifications for all flights
Did a search on this thread, but could not find any solutions...
How can I setup flight notifications so that I always receive them, rather than have to do this for every flight. Everything *appears* to be setup fine - but I never receive notifications unless I do the 'one time' notifications.
Help,
A

Not sure if this has been discussed-WAS and NYC aren't permitted in award searches, is this by design because otherwise it would produce too many results?
Also, doing an award search for IAD-SEZ this morning. Delta.com has never let me do a rd trip search successfully for this routing (which includes an AF codeshare operated by Air Seychelles CDG-SEZ). It always makes me do multi-city, despite the fact the the outbound and inbound are completed with a <24hr layover in CDG. Comparatively, I can do IAD-MRU without a problem via rd trip search.

rip it out/ start all over
A few months ago I used Delta miles to fly from DCA to LGA. I was offered a routing of DCA-DTW-LGA on the outbound. I chose to return the next day on an evening Delta Shuttle.
I was able to do OLCI the night before the trip. On the outbound flights I was not allowed to chose elite seating in coach. I had been assigned seats in the back of the bus. My boarding pass did not display my elite status or the words: "Breezeway Boarding".
When I showed up at DCA for my flight I inquired of the gate agent why my Medallion number said, "not provided" and why I could not choose elite seating. She smiled and shrugged her shoulders.
Soon she was replaced by another gate agent and I again made the same inquiry. She did a few key strokes and printed a new boarding pass for me which she glanced at and tore up. Then another new boarding pass met the same fate.
She asked me if I would like to fly in first class? I said, "yes". She hand wrote a first class seat assignment on the boarding pass I had printed at home.
At DTW I was not so lucky. I made the same inquiry. The gate agent told me they still had first class seats but that I was too far down the list to make the cut off. I am Platinum on both Delta and Northwest.
Still no elite status or "breezeway boarding" on my boarding pass. I boarded with elites and was not turned back.
I am not sure if this is Delta/Northwest's policy that I lose any benefits of my elite status on award flights. This has been going on for years.
When I fly AA on award tickets I get to choose elite seating and get elite boarding - always.

I flew on DL5104 (ATL to MKE) this morning. This was the only flight on my itinerary; I did not have any connections. While the flight was delayed by deicing, we did arrive in MKE well before 11 AM CST. Now, at 7:55 PM CST (nearly 9 hours later), I'm logged into my account at delta.com. When I look at my upcoming itineraries, this mornings flight (DL5104) is still listed. Next to it is the message "Flight delay may cause a misconnect" .
At the bottom, under all my itineraries, there is another message "There has been a change affecting one or more of your flights. Your itinerary has been updated, but it may cause you to miss at least one connecting flight during your trip."
Both messages are highlighted in yellow.

cheap fare on nwa.com but not delta.com?
I just finished booking a trip SEA-AUS, and had searched on both nwa.com and delta.com. For whatever reason, nwa.com gave me a cheaper fare that never came up on delta.com, using either search by price or schedule.
Both sites gave me the same outbound, SEA-ATL-AUS, and both showed a return of AUS-MEM-MSP-SEA, but only nwa.com offered a slightly different flight option on the return that dropped the price $500.
I could only get the AUS-MEM-MSP-SEA on delta.com using the schedule search option, and then it offered this routing only in F class.
Nwa.com offered this routing with the same departure flight from AUS, but then a later flight from MEM (dep at 10am vs 830) and a later flight from MSP (dep at 320pm vs 1145).
I have been trying to do everything on delta.com, but I keep finding some better options that are lower cost on nwa.com.
Is this normal, and someting that will end when both systems are completely integrated, or does delta.com just not offer lower cost options when it deals with nw flights?
The routing I booked also shows up when searched using ITA and specified DL as the carrier.
If you find something good some other way (such as ITA) but it is not offered on delta.com, is there any way to force an addition search for what you found or do you have to call res to book it?
Thanks

Using July 5 and July 12 as sample dates, I was able to pull up open-jaw and round-trips (all roundtrips were either SIN-NRT-LAX or SIN-NRT-DLhub-LAX and vice versa), so it appears they either fixed it or it was a temporary bug.

seat assignment limbo
You've probably heard this one before. I'm on a PDX-AUS RT this week with upgrades. I chose seat assignments on NW.com in First on the return segments, but only the first of two seat assignments shows up on DL.com; the second segment says the seat is not assigned. The seating chart shows my NW assigned seat is taken and gives me the option of choosing a different seat. Called elite desk and was assured that my NW assignment was in their records, but it still doesn't show up on DL.com. Hopefully all will be well, but it seems like something that could be addressed fairly easily.

Is this supposed to be for a round-trip or open-jaw? Is this a stopover trip or are you just connecting in NRT?

Always trust the operating carrier's seat assignments (so for NW flights go with nwa.com). I assume this is a well-known issue but it will go away when the reservations systems are combined so DL decided not to do anything about it.

Pay With Miles Bug???
I've been trying to book a Pay With Miles flight for three days, but every time I get to the end, it says my credit card does not match my address. Customer Service says it does match. The last Chat rep says this may be because either IE or Firefox is not up-to-date, so I've done that. I made a Delta flight with companion ticket on Friday and didn't have a problem w/ the credit card. NO ONE seems to be able to help me. Any ideas??

For some weird reason, every time you pull up a 757 seat-map (with PTVs or without), the plane type listed on the seatmap is 757-300... clearly that is incorrect because that is only a NW plane and not on traditional DELTA routes yet, but also the seat maps themselves show seating that is inline with the Delta 757-200s and not the NW 757-300.

I went to go look at BWI-BCN award availability today. Selected outbound flights and instead of return flights showing, the outbound flights showed again. I was actually able to pick two sets of outbound flights so it showed:
Friday 4/16:
BWI-ATL
ATL-BCN
Wednesday 4/21
BWI-ATL
ATL-BCN
Brilliant.
