Yes, this was causing issues yesterday on my MBP with Safari 4.0.3. Switched to Firefox and all was fine.

1. 25 - 30 Nov JAX - SFO trip didn't earn segments while my 7 - 9 Dec GNV - BWI trip earned segments. Why?

2. When will missing segments start posting or is DL combining flights (JAX - ATL - SFO) into one segment?

3. Why does it appear that mileage for a short segment (JAX - ATL) is not included for the longer leg (ATL - SFO)? Mileage in account history is 2139 for the ATL - SFO leg.

I just talked to a supervisor for website support. According to her due to recent changes in the website Safari is no longer fully compatible with their coding. She did not know the status of any fixes. The suggestion was to use another browser.

Oh, this bug is also being discussed in the website bug reporting thread.

What's really weird is that I'm not having problems on either my Mac Book Pro or iMac. Both have Snow Leopard and the latest version of Safari--and both are loading and showing pages fine. Not sure why I'm not having the same problem as others.

Safari uses WebKit to render it's pages. WebKit is used in a ton of web browsers. In particular the majority or fancy smart phones. Including android. Any issues your page has with Safari will also appear in other platforms as they update as well. Including all those fancy Android phones that are all the rage this holiday season.

If DL's quality folks aren't testing on Mac they're out of step with the way real companies do web site development on large general public facing websites.

But that doesn't explain why some of us (me for one) aren't having the problem on our Macs (which I keep pretty plain vanilla w/ Snow Leopard & latest version of Safari), although I do have the problem on my iPhone.

A complete mess in Safari. It's been that way for at least a week
and nobody at Delta noticed...

Safari 4.0.4 vs, 4.0.3

I still can't fully access delta.com with Safari 4.0.4 on my MBP or iMac..BUT my partners new MBP has Safari 4.0.3 and Delta.com works just fine.
I'm not sure why this problem has not been addressed/fixed by Delta web support but I downloaded Firefox and all seems to be OK. I wish Delta would fix the Safari problem.

HPN issue

Someone at DL might want to look into that...

Happy Thanksgiving!
Thanks for reporting...we did find the source of the issue. A fix has been coded and tested and will load tomorrow morning 12/16. Sorry for the inconvenience we caused and please keep the reports coming.

For the last couple years, itineraries and similar pages will not print in a readable size format in IE without having to copy and past into Word for printing. This makes no sense. My tech people have spoken to people in India who agree there is a problem and promise a fix. Yet, 2 - 3 years later, still no fix. When can you fix the problem?
