If I ever have trouble with Safari, I usually open Firefox and it's fine. I've never had a probelm with delta.com on Firefox.

I have had the same problem all day. It has nothing to do with the version of Safari that you are running. It appears to be a glitch within the site. I've had this happen before. One day later it was working fine.

I was experiencing this earlier today. It appeared that delta.com's CSS file wasn't loading. All of the content was there, but no formatting. It seems all right now.

DeltaWebGuy has moved on to Hyatt, IIRC to Hilton and we haven't seen DeltaWebDev here in 3 months (most likely too busy with the integration, but maybe he's moved on too?).

Delta, Could someone from your web development department post, just to confirm that this thread is still useful and you're monitoring the issues and reports? Even a post saying you're reading this but don't have time to respond would be much appreciated.

That would be Hilton Hotels Corporation.

Broken link: "Request Mileage Credit"

On the page https://www.delta.com/skymiles/manage_account/index.jsp there are 2 link for "Request Mileage Credit", the one on the left is broken and bring to: https://dev24.mn.nwa.com/skymiles/requestsm/.
The one in the middle of the page is correct.

Website Format Problems Safari - OS X???

Yesterday and today when I log into delta.com the page comes out unformatted. Links are there are but if I try a to do a reservation using miles I get the Whoops. If I do not log in things seems fine for the most part but then again I can not try any skymiles reservations.

Curious to know if others who Safari under OS X are seeing similar problems.

I had no problem either yesterday--or just now at 37000 feet over Utah on the way back home to ATL--seat 7C. From a Mac Book Pro with Snow Leopard and Safari 4.04.

I am having the same problem. Intel Mac, OSX, Safari 4.04, updated Safari and Flash, still the same problem.

Downloaded and used Firefox for Mac and all works fine.

Where are the Delta IT guys???

I agree! The format of the website AFTER I have completed the login looks all messed up and unformatted. I too am using Safari on OSX. What gives?
