MQM's and MQS's display wrong totals
When in my SkyMiles account pages the totals at the top of the page show 79 Medallion Qualification Segments and 111k Medallion Qualification Miles. Yet when I went through page by page and copied all my activity back to the first of the year into a spreadsheet and come up with 83 MQS's and 116k MQM's. I have cross referenced all my flights with my TA record and also my own personal records and I match 100%, yet Delta's totals do not.
I discovered all this after fighting to get my miles for the Delta Amex SkyMiles card double bonus miles promo.
What is perplexing is that I have talked to the same person from Delta now 3 times (a liason from Jeff's office) and have offered on every call to email all the info for this, the promo issue and a PMU issue to her and she adamantly refuses to give me an email address.
Guess ease of communication with Delta is one of the things they forgot with being the biggest

Hi,
Probably i'm just echoing a bunch of people, but still wanted to say that I think it's great that there's a thread where we can report bugs/problems found online.
So now on to my bug report:
Bug #1:
Today while pricing an itinerary it showed double MQM's (MQM's were not showing at all for the last two weeks - at least for me). I called delta to confirm this since there's been a lot of back and forth on this issue. Delta agent confirmed that she was seeing regular MQMs for my flight (not double).
Additionally, I just completed a flight for which i was quoted double MQMs, however I got credited regular MQMs for my segments. Therefore I believe this is a bug with the website. If you need more details, like itinerary, date and times PM me.
Bug #2:
Once in a while I fly NW through MEM instead of DL thru ATL. Always traveling two (or more) segments. So every time this happens, I get credited for the 1st segment of my trip, the 2nd one never shows up unless I call SM and ask them to look into it, then the 2nd segment will post, it has taken anywhere between 2 days and 2 weeks to see it reflected in my flight activity.
Bug #3: not that big of a deal for me, but the seat asignment for NW flights at delta.com does not work. Ever.
Thanks for the opportunity to report this. I understand this won't be fixed immediately...just hope it will be addressed at some point down the line.
My intention is not to whine, but to help improve a website/service that most of us use several times a week...
thanks again.

I went to buy a PHX-MSP-YUL-JFK-ATL-PHX ticket today. The fare came up as $279.45. After the screen where I entered emergency contact information I got a message saying "There has been a fare change. Your original price was $279.45. Your new price is $279.45. Click continue below to confirm the change". I did and it reverted me back to the "Click to Purchase" screen.
After three times doing this, I started getting booted back to the Purchase Tickets screen with an error message saying "I'm sorry, this fare is no longer available, please try again". When I would, it would again show me $279.45 but wouldn't let me buy it.
Eventually I bought the otubound on NWA.com and the inbound on Delta.com. Shame as it cost me an extra $15 in taxes and fees.

I was just trying to book a ticket on delta.com and noticed they aren't quoting correctly the number of miles and MQMs you would earn. I was pricing an ATL/SFO itinerary using FC/Biz and getting both mile and MQM quotes at 100% instead of what it should be 150%. I called SMS and the supervisor I ended up with saw what I was talking about and said he would report it immediately to the web folks. I figured putting this out here, too, might help as I know several DL programming folks do monitor this forum. ^
Thanks in advance for getting this corrected.

issues with discrepancies about recent flight postings....
I took the following 3 lines from my some of my recent flights. The one for 4229 miles, should actually read Air Activity Delta Flight 11 from London-Gatwick to Atlanta, the 2nd one for flight 5504, should be from Atlanta to Toronto.
4 Oct 2009 Air Activity LGW - YYZ (posted on 04Oct2009) 4229 0 4229 4229
04 Oct 2009 Air Activity Delta Flight 5504 from London-Gatwick, United Kingdom to Toronto, OT Canada Y 739 0 739 739 1
04 Oct 2009 Air Activity Bonus: 100% Gold Medallion Bonus 0 739 739
Since these flights, I have had nothing but problems getting things to post correctly and/or to show accurate info. On 15 OCT I took and had 3 flights post all as their correct mileage, without flight number info, and all of them saying FLL-YYZ (when it should have been FLL-ATL, ATL-CVG, CVG-YYZ). On 21 OCT I took 5 flights, 3 have posted all as YYZ-ATL when the 3 that have posted are actually YYZ-DTW, DTW-MIA, MIA-ATL, and I'm still missing credit for the last 2 ATL-DTW, DTW-YYZ.
Oh DL.COM why have you forsaken me...

going back to my earlier post about weird things being displayed on DL.com with inaccurate information....
If I log onto nwa.com, I can see full and accurate flight information. Why can't DL.com show the same info????

summary of recent problems/observations
Some recent problems I have had that seem to fall in line with other reports:
1) Since Oct. I have noticed that once immediate updates to my account are painfully slow
2) When my account is updated at Delta.com, they are now labeling all flights on the same itinerary with the same idintifier. For example, BOS-JFK and then JFK-PIT are both labelled as BOS-PIT. I guess this is okay, but it adds confusion when I try to figure out what legs are missing in the account updates...unfortunately this IS a recent problem. If I logon at NWA.com, however, I found that they do continue to label each leg independently.
3) I have recenly been booked on delta flights that were cancelled at the last minute. I imediately received e-mail and phone notifications that my flights had been cancelled, and I had been rebooked on a NWA flight instead. It appears that this was an automatic process and everything had been taken care of - right? Not so fast...as soon as I go to a counter at the airport, it seems that my reservation is in some type of purgatory. Employees at the counter pound away at the keyboard for 10 minutes, get on the phone, pund away some more... The last time this happened (on a trip to Zurich), it seems the NWA attendant ended up making a new entry into the system. In doing this, my SkyMiles info was not entered, and by the time I noticed, I found my bags failed to get the Priority labeling, and my seating was less than ideal. Upon returning from this trip, I find that these flights have not been updated in my account. They do not appear on Delta.com, and 1/2 of the segments appear at NWA.com but with the indication that they do not qualify for mileage credit
4) On a selfish note, I also have the impression that when I get on these last minute Delta to NWA rebookings, I am not getting entered into the upgrade queue. I am a Platinum medallion, and it is extremely rare that I do not get upgraded - even when I make last minute changes to my itinerary. If Delta, however, switches me to NWA at the last minute, I always see a couple of empty seats at the front of the cabin as I take my seat in a fully packed coach section.
I know upgrades are not part of the program for international flights, but I have found that I am routinely upgraded on full flights by Delta personnel at the gate. If I am not upgraded, it is common that the head attendand tracks me down and thanks me for my business and makes sure I have a pleasant flight. Once again, it appears that I am lost in the system when rebooked on NWA.
5) On a positive note, which I am sure will be corrected, not in my favor...I noticed that the NWA.com website shows me to have about 2x the lifetime miles that I really have.

Fares not Available?
Trying to book a fare today RDU-ATL. After choosing the flights/time etc and keying in the CC info, I received the following message.
"The fare quoted earlier of $204.61 (USD) has changed. The new fare for this itinerary is $257.60 (USD). To continue your purchase click Continue. Otherwise click Start Over to return to the Reservations input screen and select different dates and times."
Tried several different times, several different logins. Called DL no support and got nowhere with a clueless web support person. If the website has the fare, HONOR IT!!!
Don't tell me it isn't available when all day long, it shows it as available.
