This is a typo/bug, right? There is no literature stating that we get 50% MQMs on this leg.

Thanks.
Is it on American Eagle?

A Couple of Items...

I've searched the thread, but it's Sunday morning over coffee and the paper so I probably didn't search hard enough...

I have two problems/questions:

1) When I view my itinerary on my BlackBerry, I only see the first flight of the day's travel. Am I missing a button that displays the entire day's flights?

2) I've noticed that each week's itinerary on delta.com says something like "we don't have your contact info for this trip." Why not? I have a profile with all my contact info; why do I have to enter it for each trip? That's a really stupid "enhancement" IMHO.

On my BB Curve I have to scroll down to see the additional segments of my itinerary. Don't know if this applies to your model.

As I understand the issue with the contact info it pertains to the system not recognizing the email address (probably after a system update). Mrs. Italy and I had to log on to DL.com two different times then click on profile and reenter our email address before the system took our email address. This eliminated the "we don't have your contact info" error message.

I don't know if this has been previously reported but there's a printing issue with OLCI when using Firefox 3.5.3 on Windows Vista. The rightmost part of the BP doesn't print out in portrait mode although it's fine in landscape.

I was able to print it normally using IE 8 and that worked fine. (IE version is 8.0.6001.18813)

I have a Storm 9530. Unfortunately, scrolling doesn't help. For example, if I access this week's itinerary, I see my first segment (BOS-ATL) today and my first segment Friday (LEX-ATL), but I do not see the second segment (ATL-LEX, ATL-BOS) for either day.

Thanks for the email tip. I updated my profile email and my itinerary still doesn't show that it has my contact info. I'll keep trying.

Sorry if this has been addressed already, tried the thread search and didn't see it but might have worded it differently...

I use the same-day-confirmed option often when trying to get on an earlier flight and i believe the website used to be able to handle this. Now it seems it only works if it's the first leg of the trip. If it's the return leg I have to call in. Seems like it would save Delta call center time if they could just get this simple feature to work.

I have been having a problem with the flight info and in flight services not coming up. The boxes will open but they are blank. I have safari. It has worked until a week ago. Can't stand not seeing the info. The seat map does show up.

feature requests thread

DeltaWebDev, are you looking at this thread anymore?

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/delta...equests-3.html

I had a couple of requests there that seem straightforward, and one would be a big help in award searches.

If the thread is serving no purpose, perhaps it should just be locked.

Thank you,
David H.

Trying to pull up an on-hold itinerary

And getting the fateful:

System Unavailable We're sorry but this service is not available at this time. Please try again later.

Screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/9b0Yttd31G

This is driving me crazy.. my "hold" expires tomorrow and I don't want to lose it!

Here's a new one for me. Trying to book DCA-STT. One of the options is

DL1951 DCA-ATL
"connecting" to
DL675 DCA-ATL

It's listed as: "1-stop/Airport Change: arrives Atlanta departs Washington-Reagan National 00-58 layover"

Prices the same as options which would actually get you to STT...

i do look at it (as do others) but this year with all the integration work we are doing, we've focused more on the integration work and maintenance releases to fix defects. since the loyalty database is what is/was used with WorldPerks, that's required a LOT of testing to ensure that functionality that exists continues to exist. rather that further complicate all the regression testing with lots new features and enhancements (there are some though), the focus is regression regression regression.

one thing that i hope everyone understands is that just because it seems straightforward and/or easy to do, doesn't mean it is. the most recent example i can think of was with stored preferred trips and the changes to loyalty. what we thought should be fairly easy and maybe an hour or three, once we "lifted the hood" turned into something that i ended up jumping in to help on and took me about 2 days to properly handle all the conditions where it is available.

I had hoped there was some understanding in the Delta IT team of the difficulties we all have trying to find awards. That is why I made the request, and yes it has to be simple to do as the information I requested to have displayed is obviously used in calculating the total round trip miles required.

If you really want to understand how miserable it can be, try searching out of a secondary market where the flights require double connects.

In the meantime, I guess we are reduced to waiting for Plan B (Anne's lawsuit) to get some attention, or perhaps I will implement Plans C and D.

Sorry for the rant, but I had really hoped our comments and requests had gotten some attention.

Thank you anyway,
David H.

You have a home life? DL actually cuts the chain and lets you out of the bldg? Must be nice

Changing the subject. Trying to book JAX - MXP and on the ATL - JFK leg (Flight 166 Atlanta, GA (ATL) to New York-Kennedy, NY (JFK) on Saturday December 19, 2009) the seat availability shows 26 F open yet "Certain flights only have seats available in Coach Class." is displayed on the itinerary. Continuing through the booking process to seat selection only Coach Class is displayed.

Trying to book I fare (following guidance for International Business Flight Deals) GNV - VCE (12/19/09) - MXP - GNV (01/02/10) and "Seats are not available for the selected fare class or higher. Please choose another fare class." is displayed. It would help to highlight the impacted leg(s) to aid in resolving the error instead of just showing a generic message.
